Qualified early access

Request access to the TenderBid early cohort

Tell us whether you post tenders, bid for work, or do both. We will use that context to prioritise the right onboarding route for the founding beta cohort.

  • Priority onboarding before public launch
  • Role-specific setup for contractors or subcontractors

  • Free beta access, no card required

A controlled beta, not a generic signup

TenderBid is being launched carefully so both sides of the marketplace are useful from day one: credible tender packages for subcontractors, and structured, comparable bids for contractors.

Built for UK construction teams

TenderBid is focused on main contractors, developers, subcontractors, and specialist trades working across UK regions.

Launching as a controlled beta

As a new company launch, TenderBid is starting with a focused founding cohort from July 2026 rather than opening generic self-serve accounts.

What happens after signup

We review each request by role, region, trade coverage, and current tender activity, then contact shortlisted companies with onboarding steps.

Verification first

Early workflows are being shaped around Companies House details, insurance, trade accreditations, bid exclusions, and comparable tender responses.

Free during beta

No card is required to request access. Beta users can test the onboarding, matching, and comparison workflow before paid plans launch.

Post-beta pricing direction

Contractor pricing is expected to relate to tender volume and workflow depth. Subcontractor pricing will stay transparent before any paid supplier features are introduced.
