1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TenderBid platform operated by TenderBid Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. The platform

TenderBid provides an online environment for UK construction companies to post tenders, receive bids, manage procurement activity, and communicate with counterparties. We are a platform provider — we do not participate in, guarantee, or take responsibility for the outcome of any tender process or contractual arrangement between users.

3. Accounts and eligibility

To use TenderBid you must:

• Be a business or sole trader operating in the UK construction sector.
• Provide accurate information about yourself and your company during registration.
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are found to contain materially false information.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use TenderBid to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent tenders or bids.
• Misrepresent your company, qualifications, or capabilities.
• Communicate with other users in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or discriminatory.
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to circumvent platform features, security controls, or access other users' data without authorisation.
• Use the platform for any purpose not related to construction tendering.

5. Content you upload

You retain ownership of content you upload (tender documents, bid materials, company information). By uploading content, you grant TenderBid a limited licence to store, display, and transmit that content to other authorised platform users as part of normal platform operation.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All prices are exclusive of VAT, which is charged at the prevailing UK rate. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. There is no minimum term — you may cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TenderBid is not liable for: any commercial outcomes of tender or bid processes conducted through the platform; loss of profit, contracts, or data; or any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to TenderBid in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@tenderbid.co.uk. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
